What to expect

This devilish single malt whiskey is liquid gold. The nose is full of aromas of baked apples, fresh hay and warm brown sugar. Equally enticing on the palate, it reveals flavours of toffee apples, cider and caramel. The fiendish finish delivers gentle notes of nutmeg, cinnamon spice and a lingering sweetness.

What to expect

Enticing on the nose, the liquid is abounding with sweet aromas of delicate honey, floral notes of apple blossom and some dried red fruits.
The casks were aging Oloroso sherry for over 30 years, which is evidenced by the rich palate of deep fruit notes of baked plums, ripe red grapes and serves to give the liquid its deep amber hue. This luscious drop has a long lingering finish of rich, dark chocolate.

What to expect

This delectable tipple has notes of sweet coconut, toffee and a juicy hint of honey dew melon. Surprisingly delicate on the palate initially with vanilla sweetness, ripe pears and apricot jam. A drop of water uncovers the darker notes beneath, with more wood influence, a rich earthiness and some darker chocolate notes. Finish is medium to long, with biscuit flavours and a warming pineapple rind.

What to expect

This decadent dram tempts the nose with soft cinnamon, vanilla essence and gooseberry. The palate swarms with rich notes of blackcurrant, smoky tobacco, coconut and dark chocolate. Medium to long finish with lingering wood spice, bitter dark chocolate, and desiccated coconut.

What to expect

This double-distilled single malt has a commanding aroma of barbecued banana and baked apples with hot custard. On the palate, notes of coconut and leather are followed by deeply caramelised brown sugar and huge oak influence bestowed by 27 years in American oak. This is balanced by gooseberry jam sweetness from being finished in French red wine casks. The finish is hot, long and full of leather spice. It is best enjoyed straight up with just a drop of water to release its aromas.

The Dead Rabbit whiskey is a devilishly concocted blend of malt and grain whiskeys, proudly dreamed and distilled in Dublin, Ireland. Serving a sentence of five long years in seasoned bourbon barrels, before solitary confinement in virgin oak casks, this whiskey is criminally good. On the nose there’s big hits of cedar and vanilla. The palate is a full-bodied bloom of dark chocolate, orange and oak that gives way to a finish of buttery pastry and spices.

A collaboration of The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog in New York (by way of Belfast) and The Dublin Liberties Distillery, this whiskey is unmistakeably Irish and destined for great drinks.

Decadent country cream, soft melting chocolate, and fine wine are blended together with O’Mara’s Original recipe to create this modern Irish classic – it’s deliciously smooth.
